Walk into Coraopolis Elks Lodge #1090 on Stoops Ferry Road and you get it immediately: this is not a polished venue trying to impress anyone. It's a real place, built up room by room over the decades, where the bar feels worn in the best possible way and the person next to you will strike up a conversation before your first drink arrives. Members consistently call it one of the friendliest spots in the Coraopolis area, and that reputation is earned, not marketed.

The lodge hosts the kind of events that actually fill a calendar worth showing up for. Fish frys, wing nights, cash bashes, and fundraisers for local causes cycle through the large dining hall throughout the year. When Kyle Aurin-Davies needed a venue to raise money for his senior project, the Elks hall was the obvious choice. That's what this place does: it shows up for the community the same way the community shows up for it.

Membership pricing is straightforward and affordable, drink prices are kept honest, and the lodge has earned a 4.4-star rating across real member reviews. The BPOE has been part of American civic life since 1868, and Lodge #1090 carries that tradition forward every week on Stoops Ferry Road.

What We Offer

The lodge's dining hall is a genuine workhorse space, large enough for fish frys, banquets, fundraising events, and private parties. If you need a hall that can handle a crowd without charging downtown Pittsburgh prices, this is the room. Rental inquiries are welcomed for community and charitable events.

The bar is the social engine of the lodge, with drink prices that reflect the Elks' commitment to keeping membership accessible. Regular events like wing nights and seasonal fish frys give members a reason to show up on a weeknight, not just for the big occasions.

Membership in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks opens the door to a national network of lodges, charitable programs, and veteran support initiatives, all anchored by the local relationships built right here at Lodge #1090. Visit the lodge or reach out through the national Elks contact portal to learn about joining.

"Love the Coraopolis Elks Lodge. The people are super friendly, the membership prices are reasonable, the Drinks prices are good. They also have a nice large hall to host events like fish frys, wing nites, bingo, Karaoke all of which are open to the public. You can also rent out the hall for any special occasions and need not to be a member to do so."

"Basically an old house that was added too and altered over the years. This place is a bit of a dive but has an extremely warm and comfortable feel once you're in the bar. The dining hall is quite large and kept clean for your events like banquets, wedding receptions, etc. The bartenders are polite and entertaining. The drinks reasonably priced, the food specials tasty and they are open to the public for fish frys, wing nights and occasional food specials to raise money for donations to various organizations to benefit veterans and children."

"Kyle Aurin-Davies is holding a "Cash Bash" on Saturday, June 9 at Coraopolis Elks Lodge, 1150 Stoops Ferry Road, Coraopolis, tickets are $20 each. This is Kyle's senior project and all proceeds benefit the "Serve-A-Soldier" program at the Pittsburgh International Airport. This program, started by Clinton Aurin-Davies, provides a $10 gift card for a meal at the AIRMALL for active members of the military while they wait for their flight. For tickets, please contact Kyle or Kim Aurin-Davies or Tina Marki. Your ticket includes food, beer, soft drinks, a chance to win $75, $150, $200, $300, & $750! There will also be a DJ, Karaoke, and much more! You do not have to be present to win! Please come and support this wonderful program! If you would like to make a donation to “Serve-A-Soldier” instead of buying a ticket for a chance to win, you can send a check made payable to the Allegheny County Airport Authority and mail it to the address below. Kyle will be presenting all donations and money he raised to the Airport Authority. Kyle is also accepting donations for an auction that will be held at the Cash Bash. Kyle and all the active military members appreciate your support!"
